What information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of anonymous data about how the site is used:
- When you contact us (via the enquiry form, email or phone): your name, email address, phone number, the project type you select, and any details you include in your message.
- When you use the website: anonymous usage data through Google Analytics (see the Cookies section below), such as which pages you visit and how you arrived at the site.
We do not collect any special category (sensitive) data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
How and why we use your information, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you have asked about. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in responding to and managing enquiries about our services, and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
- To improve our website using anonymous analytics. Legal basis: your consent, which you give via the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.
We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we share your information with
We use a small number of trusted service providers (“data processors”) to run the website and handle enquiries. They only process your data on our instructions:
- Web3Forms – processes and delivers our enquiry form submissions to us.
- Google Analytics (Google) – provides anonymous website usage statistics.
- Cloudflare – hosts and delivers the website securely.
Some of these providers may process data on servers outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent) are in place to protect your information. We may also disclose information if we are required to do so by law.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal and tax obligations. Anonymous analytics data is retained in line with Google Analytics' standard settings.
