We review the proposed development and establish the most appropriate planning route, including whether the works may benefit from permitted development rights or whether a formal planning application is required.

- Preparation and coordination of site plans, layouts and supporting drawings

Permitted Development
Where proposed EV charging infrastructure may fall within permitted development rights, EV Design can assess the installation against the relevant planning requirements and advise on the appropriate route.
Where additional certainty is required, we can manage a Certificate of Lawfulness application to obtain formal confirmation from the Local Planning Authority.
Full Planning Applications
Where permitted development rights do not apply, we can coordinate and manage the full planning application process, bringing together the required drawings, technical information and supporting documentation.
